This
colonia of the car manufacturer Lancia have been changed two times.
At the beginning the building with its two corner risalits had three
storeys. Because of its double arch windows in the central axis and
the balustrade open stairway it can be - against its pure cubature -
valued as a building of the Novecento school. Later the building was
increased by another storey and a circumferential balcony. This balcony
was erased a view years later. Typologically this colonia corresponded
to the grand hotels of the Riviera. |
